A 가 B 랑 크게 다르지 않다. 
A is not very different from B

 

새 모델이 이전 모델이랑 크게 다르지 않아요. 
The new model is not very different from the old one. 

 

달라진 것이 별로 없다. 
Not a lot has changed.

 

디자인도 거의 똑같고 기능이랑 특징면에서도 크게 달라지지 않았고요. 
It has pretty much the same disign. And not a lot has changed in terms of the functions and the features. 

 

이전 모델이 처음 나왔을 때랑 가격도 똑같아요. 
It even costs the same as when the old one first came out. 

 

약간 더 가볍고 배터리 성능이 살짝 좋아졌는데 그것 말고는 둘이 거의 똑같아요. 
It's a litte bit lighter and the battery performance is slightly better, Other than that, the two are pretty much the same.
