1. Be up to : (육체적/정신적/능력상) ~를 해낼 수/감당할 수 있다.
- well enough, strong enough, or good enough to do something.

He's not up to the job.
걔는 그일을 할 능력이 안돼.

A : They're asking if you're up to the job, ma'am. 당신이 그일을 할 능력이 되는지 묻고 있어요.
